Andrew Joel Olsen Andrew Joel Olsen, 27 of Quapaw, Oklahoma passed away December 31, 2013 in Fairland, Oklahoma. Andrew was born May 21, 1986 to Joseph and Kimberly Moore Gourd-Olsen in Claremore, Oklahoma. He had worked in Construction, and was a member of the Seneca-Cayuga Nation. He is preceded in death by his father. Survivors: two daughters: Feather Olsen of Miami, OK, Audrey Jo Olsen of Grove, OK, mother: Kimberly Gourd of Grove, OK, one brother: Jeremy Olsen of Quapaw, OK and two sisters: JoOuita Smith of Quapaw, OK and Holly Ferrell of Grove, OK. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the Peoria Indian Cemetery with Paul Barton honoring Andrew with Native American Rites. Pallbearers: Hooch Moss, Stormy Crack, Log Logon, Shmelby Fuller, Doyle, and Che-wa-tah-nyo. Honorary Pallbearers: J.O., Charlie B and Uncle Randy. The family will set with Andrew at the Seneca-Cayuga Community Building North of Grove on South Hwy 10 until time of Services under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, Oklahoma. One of his daughters were missing from the obituary. Sharika Jane Foster of Miami Oklahoma. She and Feather are both four months old and Audrey is three years old. I have many memories and will share them and others with our daughter Audrey, and the other babies will know him that way. We appreciate all of the prayers and support.
