      Anthony Duane Gibson,
      Tony passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017. He was 41.
      The son of John and Terri McClelland Gibson was born November 15, 1975 in
      Claremore, Oklahoma.
      He would later attended Inola High School, where he excelled in football and
      basketball. After graduating in 1994 he continued his education at Haskell
      Indian Nation University in Haskell. There he played football for two years
      and had also earned player of the week honors. After college Tony returned
      home to Claremore.
      There he met Brandy Rackleff. They would marry on Feb. 16, 2000 in Claremore.
      The next several years found Tony working two primary jobs. He loved to cook,
      and was hired by restaurant such as Chilies, Rib Crib an Charlie's to cook
      during their grand openings. Then he also loved his job as a distribution
      driver, delivering for many area companies.
      In his spare time Tony had many hobbies he enjoyed.
      He loved playing softball, which he did until recently.
      Fishing, hunting and watching OU sports were other favorites.
      However his pride and joy was coaching his children in softball, football
      and basketball, and hanging out with his family.
      He is preceded in death by his mother, Terri Gibson, grandparents,
      Clarabelle McClelland, John V. McClelland and John "buck" Gibson, Jr. and aunt,
      Sandra McClelland.
      Survivors include his wife, Brandy Gibson of the home; children, Nesta Bradley
      of Cherokee, NC, Johnathan Gibson and Toney Gibson of Claremore; grandson,
      Kason Bradley; Father John Gibson, siblings, Jeremy Gibson and wife Jackie,
      Johnna Gibson-Pendergraft and husband Codey, Brent Longhorn, and Jarrett Jackson,
      sister Cettalenne Chaino Ahkeahbo of Owasso, OK, brother-in-law, Sam Rackleff
      and Youngdeer Rackleff; nieces and nephews, Jaylan, Jaysan, and Jeremy Gibson, Jr.,
      Terri Bates, Brody and Skylar Longhorn, Layla, Ryder and Karma Rackleff,
      Good Warrior, Grant, and R.J. Deer and numerous other extended family and friends.
      Graveside service for Anthony Duane "Tony" Gibson will be 10:00am, Wednesday,
      July 12, 2017 at Woodlawn Cemetery.
      Friends may visit at First United Methodist Church on Tuesday, July 11 from
      5pm--7pm. A wake will began at 7pm.
