Edward Leo "Leo" Merchant Birth: Jan. 18, 1925 Death: Aug. 30, 1978 Burial: Grants Memorial Park Grants, NM Edward Leo Merchant, was born 1-21-1925 in Miami, Ok. Edward Leo Merchant is the son of Irene Smith Fortney and Ed Merchant She would have two children by Ed Merchant. Harry died as a infant. She would also married Jim Fortney and who would adopt Edward. Edward joined the Navy on 11-17-1942 in Tulsa, Ok. Edward would marry Marion Mary Davis on 6/8/1947 in Goldfield, Nevada. He died of cancer 8-3-1978 at the Gallup Indian Hospital in Gallup, New Mexico. He is buried at Grants Memorial Park, Grants, NM Resource:census, ancestry.com |
