Gregory Geboe, age 69, of Council Bluffs, passed away January 9, 2008, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Greg was born June 29, 1938, in Claremore, Okla. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. Greg was a security guard and a member of Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church, American Legion Post #2, and the NRA. He is survived by his wife, Renee' (Rounds) Geboe, of Council Bluffs; son, Tony H. Geboe, of Omaha, Neb.; three daughters; brother, Fred Geboe, of Moreno Valley, Calif.; one sister. Rosary recitation, Friday, 6 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, 11 a.m., at Queen of the Apostles Church with Rev. Dan Kirby, pastor, as the celebrant. A lunch will immediately follow the service. Memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Foundation.
