      Goldie Jewel Lacy Luther Birth: Sep. 9, 1925 Picher Ottawa County Oklahoma, USA Death: Apr. 1, 2012 Seneca Newton County Missouri, USA Goldie Jewel Luther of Wyandotte, OK passed away Sunday April 1, 2012 at Seneca House in Seneca, MO. She was 85. Mrs. Luther was born September 9, 1925 in Picher, OK to Grover Cleveland and Pearl Mae (Tosh) Lacy. She grew up in Picher area and had lived in various places returning to Wyandotte in 1989. She was a member of the Council House Friends Church and the Ladies Aid at Council House Friends Church and the Ladies Missionary Society. She was a home room mother and a member of the PTA. She was a avid quilter and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband James Wess Luther in 1991 and a brother George Lacy. Survivors include 2 Sons James Grover Luther of Wyandotte, OK John Laurence Luther and wife Mary of Olathe, KS, 3 Daughters Pamela Alambar and husband Tim of Claremore, OK, Kyla Luther of Wyandotte, OK Lisa Luther – Perry of Commerce, OK, 2 Sisters Lola German and husband Jim of Neosho, MO and Wilma Enyart of Oregon 8 Grandchildren 1 Great Grandchild 1 Great Great Grandchild Graveside services will be Thursday April 5, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Council House Cemetery west of Tiff City, Missouri. Pastor Darwin King will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, OK. Services are under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, OK. Burial: Council House Cemetery
