    Michael J. Orler, Sr:
    of North Miami, Okla., died Monday, Dec. 18, 2006, at his home after an illness. He was 64. Orler was born April 14, 1942, in West Mineral, Kan., to Williams "Billy" and Florence C. (Inbody) Orler. He lived in North Miami most of his life. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the Navy. He was of the Catholic faith and retired from the State of Oklahoma. He was married to Roberta "Bert" Smith White. She survives, of the home. Additional survivors include three sons and their wives, Michael J. and Nicole Orler Jr. of Pratt, Kan., Ywain and Pam Orler of Miami, Okla., and Robert Smith of Commerce, Okla.; five daughters and their husbands, Johna Orler of Columbus, Kan., Rayma Shamblin, Jessie and Steven James- Jones and Georgia Smith, all of Commerce, and Jean and Dennis Mitchell of North Miami; one brother, Richard Siskey of Atchison, Kan.; one sister, RoseMary Morrison of Pittsburg, Kan., 29 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Services were Wednesday, Dec. 20, at Bassett Grove Cemetery, east of Grove, Okla. Pallbearers were Johathan Logan, Derrick James, Randy Waldon, Denver Miller, Claude Westhoff and Kenneth Shepard.
