Cathy Wallace Cathy Wallace Cathy Wallace of Tulsa, Okla., died Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at home after a brief battle with cancer. She was 50. She was born Aug. 13, 1958, in Dover, Del., to Grace Wallace and H.S. Sparkman. She was raised for many years by her beloved grandparents, Leonard and Hazel Wallace of Wyandotte, Okla., and Wiley and Norena Sparkman of Grove, Okla.
