Peggy Arlene Frazier Hayworth Peggy Hayworth of Quapaw died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009, at the K. U. Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan. She was 52. Mrs. Hayworth was born March 5, 1957, in Joplin, Mo., to Frank and Virgie Frazier. Survivors include her husband, Bob Hayworth of Miami; one daughter, Adrienne Gailey of Broken Arrow; one brother, Frank Frazier Jr. of Joplin; one sister, Linda Jones of Baxter Springs, Kan.; one stepdaughter, Crystal Nodine of Miami; one stepson, Bobby Hayworth of Texas, two step grandchildren and four step great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Terry Frazier. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami.
