Richard Bryon Wood Richard Bryon Wood (12 December 1946 - 19 August 2013) Richard Bryon Wood Richard Byron Wood age 66 of Miami, Oklahoma passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 at his home. He was born on December 12, 1946 in Ada, Oklahoma the son of Donald & Virginia (Scritchfield) Wood. He worked as a Gaming Commissioner for the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Robert Matthew Wood. He is survived by his wife Fran, of the home; 2 sons, Donald Joseph Wood of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Olin Jay Wood and his wife, Amanda Nichole Wood of Portland, Oregon, 2 daughters, Mary Tricia Wood of Los Angeles, California and Janna Sue McCormick and her husband, Steve of McKinney, Texas. Also surviving is one brother, Scott Boudinot Wood of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 8 grandchildren and other relatives and friends. Graveside services and Interment will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Council House Cemetery, North of Grove, Oklahoma. Native American Rites will be conducted by Charlie Diebolt.
