Roger David Spicer, 64 year old resident of Grove, Oklahoma, passed away on December 6, 2018 at his home in Grove, Oklahoma. Roger was born on August 9, 1954 in Grove, Oklahoma. He was the oldest child of seven born to Marion and Mary (Silversmith) Spicer. Roger proudly served in the US Army. Roger was a very intellectual person - earning multiple Masters degrees. He was an artist and enjoyed music. Roger loved his parents, his family, and his dogs. Roger was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his four children; David, Stacey, Wade, and Samantha, four brothers Alex Spicer, Johnny Spicer, William Spicer and Louis Spicer, three sisters; Kathryn West, Elizabeth Duncan and Bertha Worley. Roger was blessed with nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 10AM, Monday, December 10, 2018 at Council House Cemetery with Paul Barton and Kathryn West officiating.
