Sandra Huckins Sandra Mae Hunt Huckins, 57, 102 E Second St Joplin, died at 2:10 am, Tuesday at Oak Hill Hospital, Joplin, after a short illness. Mrs. Huckins was born Mar. 1, 1937 at Lamar. She was a lifetime Carthage-Joplin area resident. She worked as a secretary for Jack Burgess, attorney at law. She retired in 1986 from the couples division at Eagle-Pitcher Industries after 22 yrs of employment. Sandra was a member of Central Christian Center, Joplin. Her husband, Cecil Huckins, died April 20, 1978. Survivors include four daughters, Lisa Wilkerson of Carl junction. Kim Lester and Christy Whittington, both of Joplin, and Shelly Harper of Beckley, W.VA. Sandra's mother Charlyne Hunt and her brother Jim Hunt. She had 5 grandchildren.
