      WYANDOTTE, Okla. - Christina Mae Stanger, 77, of Wyandotte, formerly of Springfield, died Sunday, May 22, 2005, at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center in Miami, Okla. She was born Sept. 14, 1927, in Wyandotte, the daughter of James Harvey and Clara Schrimpscher Harvey. She married Everett Lee Stanger in 1953; he preceded her in death. Mrs. Stanger was a licensed practical nurse in the pediatrics department at St. John's Hospital for 17 years. She was of the Methodist faith. Survivors: four sons, Brent Stanger of Mount Auburn and Chris, Curtis and Craig Stanger, all of Wyandotte; daughter, Hazel Prewitt of Peoria, Okla.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tommy Whitetree of Miami, Okla., and Terry Whitetree of Tulsa, Okla.; and four sisters, Hazel Wallace and Lenora Sparks, both of Wyandotte, and Sally Leaf and Margaret Dunning, both of Grove, Okla. Graveside services: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Basset Grove Cemetery, northeast of Grove, Brian Olsen officiating.
