Taylor Davis Jr was born on October 13, 1907, in Oklahoma, his father, Taylor, was 49 and his mother, Sarah Snow Smith, was 30. He had one son and two daughters with Imogene Cledith Youngblood between 1930 and 1941. He died in December 1984 in Miami, Oklahoma, at the age of 77.
