Wanda Lee Armstrong Born in Wyandotte, she was the daughter of Enos and Opal Armstrong. She attended school in Wyandotte and Newkirk and graduated from Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa and from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.She worked many years for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and spent the last 14 years with the Army Corps of Engineers in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a member of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her father, Enos Armstrong in April 1996.
